Please help! [UNANSERD]

Hi, please help me! I made a throwable item but when i throw it, it just looks like a grey blob but when i have it in my hand it looks like a tomahawk! I would like to make it look like what i have in my hand at the beginning!
I tried changing lots of stuff but it still looks like a grey blob! Please help!
